Last updated: 14 May 2026
About these terms
These Terms and Conditions explain how you may use the Richmond Agencies website and how enquiry-led quotations, branded merchandise discussions and website information should be understood.
The website is designed for business customers, golf clubs, event organisers and organisations looking for branded merchandise. Any order-specific terms, written quotation, artwork proof, invoice or agreed specification may contain additional details that apply to a particular enquiry or order.

Website use
You may use this website for lawful purposes connected with browsing products, learning about Richmond services, requesting information and submitting enquiries. You must not misuse the website, interfere with security, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious code, scrape content at scale or use the site in a way that could damage Richmond or other users.
You are responsible for making sure the information you submit is accurate, complete and lawful.
Product information
Product descriptions, images, colours, dimensions, finishes, branding areas, minimum quantities, availability and lead times are provided for general guidance. Final details may vary depending on stock, supplier information, artwork, branding method, production route and delivery requirements.
Colours shown on screen may differ from physical products or printed finishes. Product images may include examples, mockups or representative photography and should not be treated as a final specification unless confirmed in writing.
Enquiries and quotations
Most Richmond products are supplied through an enquiry-led process rather than a rushed checkout. Pricing, quantities, setup charges, artwork requirements, proofing, delivery costs and production lead times should be confirmed in writing before an order proceeds.
A quotation is based on the information available at the time it is prepared. Unless stated otherwise, quotations may be subject to stock, supplier pricing, artwork suitability, VAT, delivery, currency movement and final specification. A quotation is not binding until accepted in the way Richmond confirms and, where required, payment or deposit arrangements are agreed.
Orders
An order is normally formed when Richmond confirms acceptance of your order in writing, or when any required deposit, payment, purchase order, artwork approval or written confirmation has been received and accepted.
You should check all order details carefully, including product, quantity, colour, branding, artwork, delivery address, required date and contact information. Changes requested after confirmation may affect cost, timing or whether the order can proceed as originally planned.
Pricing and payment
Prices are normally confirmed by quotation and may be exclusive of VAT, delivery, setup, origination, artwork, proofing or other charges unless stated otherwise. Payment terms, deposit requirements and invoice timing will be confirmed as part of the quote or order process.
Richmond may pause production, delivery or further work if required information, artwork approval, purchase order details or payment is overdue.
Artwork
You are responsible for ensuring that any logo, artwork, text, image, brand file or other material you provide is accurate, lawful and suitable for use. You must have the rights, licences and permissions needed for Richmond and its suppliers to use the material for your enquiry, proof, production and delivery.
Vector artwork such as AI, EPS, SVG or PDF is often preferred, but final requirements depend on product and branding method. If artwork needs adjustment, recreation or specialist preparation, additional costs or lead time may apply.
Proofs and approvals
Where visuals, mockups, artwork proofs or production proofs are supplied, they must be checked carefully before approval. You should review spelling, logos, colours, positions, quantities, product details and any other specification shown.
Approval of a proof may be treated as permission to proceed with production. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible, or may involve additional costs.
Delivery
Delivery dates and lead times are estimates unless Richmond confirms otherwise in writing. Lead times can be affected by stock, artwork approval, proofing, supplier schedules, production capacity, seasonal demand, courier performance, customs or events outside Richmond’s reasonable control.
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and ensuring someone is available to receive goods. Risk and responsibility for goods may pass in line with the agreed order terms, delivery method or courier handover arrangements.
Cancellations and returns
Because many branded merchandise products are made, printed, engraved, embroidered, customised or ordered specifically for a customer, cancellation and return options may be limited once an order has been confirmed, artwork has been approved, stock has been reserved or production has started.
Customised or bespoke goods are normally not returnable unless faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise required by law. If goods arrive damaged, faulty or materially different from the agreed specification, you should contact Richmond promptly with details and photographs where possible.
Nothing in these terms affects statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Intellectual property
The website design, text, images, product content, Richmond branding and other website materials are owned by Richmond Agencies or used with permission. You may browse and print pages for your own internal reference, but you may not copy, reproduce, publish, sell or commercially reuse website content without permission.
You retain ownership of artwork or brand materials you provide, but you grant Richmond and its suppliers permission to use them as needed to respond to your enquiry, prepare proofs, quote, produce goods and fulfil the order.
External links
The website may link to external websites or third-party resources. These links are provided for convenience only. Richmond is not responsible for the content, security, availability, accuracy or privacy practices of third-party websites.
Liability
Richmond aims to keep website information accurate and available, but the website is provided for general information and enquiry support. Richmond does not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Governing law
These terms, website use and any non-contractual disputes or claims relating to them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction unless a different position is required by law or agreed in writing.
